The Japan Foundation's 'Girls on Film' season takes place from Feb 9th-March 21st at various cinemas across the UK, starting at the ICA Cinema (http://www.ica.org.uk) in London on Feb 9th. The season looks at contemporary Japanese cinema made about and sometimes made by women, and includes such films as Jun Ichikawa's 'How to Become Myself', Satoko Yokohama's 'German Plus Rain', Naoko Ogigami's 'Kamome Diner' and more.
